Website — Email Waitlist: If you submit your email address through our "Notify Me" form, we collect that address solely to notify you when ZenPogo Bowl launches. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
ZenPogo Bowl App: All game data (scores, sessions, leagues, ball arsenal) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal game data on remote servers.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No account registration is required for ZenPogo Bowl.
- We do not collect location data beyond on-device alley detection (using Apple's MapKit).
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
- We do not sell personal information.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Email waitlist submissions are stored in Netlify's secure form handling service. Please review Netlify's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle form data.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
